At Sovereign Owl Arts, every fine art original, premium print, and piece of wearable culture is crafted with meticulous care and attention to detail. Because our creations are produced in limited runs or made to order, all sales are final, and we do not accept general returns or exchanges.

Standard Returns & Change of Mind

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for:

Change of mind or personal preference after an order has been placed.
Minor color variations between digital screens and the physical canvas, print, or apparel

Sovereign Quality Guarantee & Damaged Items

Your experience and complete satisfaction with our craftsmanship are paramount. We will gladly offer a replacement or issue a refund only if your item arrives damaged or exhibits a genuine quality defect.

What qualifies for a replacement or refund?

Physical defects in the artwork, canvas, apparel, or framing (e.g., severe printing errors, fabric tears, structural defects).
Transit damage sustained during shipping.
Fulfillment errors, such as receiving the incorrect item, design, or size.

How to Report an Issue

If your piece arrives damaged or with a quality defect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve it promptly.

Resolution
